Cleaning Services

Major cleaning: (Annually) Major Cleanings are done in the warmer months, when the boiler is cold. It is a deep cleaning that includes a wire brushing of the boiler tubes, cleaning of the tube sheet, chamber, breeching, and chimney base, and cleaning of the back and front of the boilers. All cleanings are through, and executed with an eye towards improved performance of the boiler system.

Supplementary cleaning: (Monthly) This cleaning for maintenance purposes, will keep a boiler performing at its best and guarantee an extended life for the system.  This cleaning can be done at any time, including periods when the boiler is hot and in full use (October to May). It does not require interruption in hot water or heat to residents.  It includes a complete, truck-mounted vacuum cleaning of all boiler tubes and tube sheets. 

Repair and Maintenance:

Our expert technicians are available by appointment or on an emergency basis. Nuway can perform all certified welding repairs including tube replacements, coils, mud legs, firebrick chambers. We perform maintenance checks of gasketing, millboard and refractory work. If your system has a problem, Nu-Way Boiler is the first place to call for expert help.
